Behind the scenes

Recommended actions are built from this supplier's open signals and exposure — for example, a critical cyber alert suggests requesting an incident report and pausing portal access. Answers pull from live workspace data (orders, contracts, signals, and peers in the same categories), with optional enrichment when ProcureAI is configured; the screen still works without it.

Example: For SwiftFreight, Generate might suggest requesting an incident report within 48 hours and activating backup freight via RFQ-3102 while the ransomware signal on the EU booking portal stays open.
