Spend Intelligence

Messy spend, classified.

See where money went in the last twelve months, clean up unlabeled lines, and spot savings without exporting to a spreadsheet.

What it does

ProcureAI by Stellitron rolls up about twelve months of card and accounts-payable spend, tags lines still marked Unclassified, and shows where you could buy through an existing contract or pay less.

What you can do here

  • Click Classify unclassified spend to assign categories from known suppliers and keywords in each line description (for example hotel → Travel).
  • Click Find savings to list estimated opportunities — maverick card spend you could route to a contracted supplier, off-contract categories, too many suppliers in one category, payment terms, and contract price escalators.
  • Filter by department, category, or purchase channel; every chart and the supplier table follows your filters.
  • Ask a question in plain English (or tap an example) to get totals, trends, or a top-suppliers breakdown with a small chart.

Behind the scenes

For classification, the agent checks the supplier record first, then keyword rules on the description; if AI is configured, low-confidence rows are refined in one batch. The savings scan totals maverick (one-off) card spend mapped to contracted vendors at an estimated 12% benefit, flags off-contract spend where the catalog has negotiated items, spots categories with three or more suppliers, and estimates working-capital gain from aligning payment terms.

Example: A line “STAPLES #2231 SUPPLIES” becomes Office Supplies (about 92% confidence) and Staples card spend can shift to Orbit Office; “DIGITALOCEAN.COM” maps to Cloud Infrastructure and toward Northwind Cloud under your committed-use agreement.
