What it does

ProcureAI by Stellitron checks each new supplier before it can be paid. It reads the onboarding pack, screens owners against watchlists, checks bank details, and proposes a decision that a person then records.

What you can do here

• Use the tabs to see what needs a decision, what is waiting on the supplier, and what has been approved or rejected.
• Open a case to read the documents, bank comparison, owners, screening hits and checks, then approve, request info, escalate or reject.
• Bank changes stay on hold until someone confirms them by phone with a known contact.

Behind the scenes

The agent compares the ownership declaration with the registry text, screens each name against the watchlist using date and country, validates bank checksums and sender domains, and applies the document rules for the supplier's category. Every finding keeps the quote it came from. The agent never clears a screening hit or approves a case; a person records each decision.

Example: Halden Supply asks to pay H Supply Trading LLC in Cyprus from an email on a lookalike domain. The agent escalates the case and asks for a call-back before the next payment run.
