What it does
Check one supplier pack before it can be paid: the documents, the owners, the bank details and the screening. The result is a proposed decision that a person records.
What you can do here
- Run the onboarding review to refresh the checks, risk score and screening hits.
- Disposition each watchlist hit. The agent never clears a match on its own.
- Approve only after maker-checker: the preparer cannot approve, and bank changes need a call-back first.
Behind the scenes
The rules compare the registry text with the ownership declaration, screen each name with its date of birth and country, validate bank checksums and sender domains, and apply the document rules for the category. Each finding keeps the quote it came from, so an auditor can see the source.
Example: Halden Supply: an email from halden-supply.co asks to pay H Supply Trading LLC in Cyprus before the payment run. Escalate and verify by phone.
