Free AP recovery audit

Find out what you've already overpaid.

Export your paid invoices, drop the file here, and the audit checks every payment for duplicates, prices above the PO, goods never received and invoices split to dodge approval. Each finding links to the rows behind it. No data handy? Run the sample export.

What the audit checks

Fixed rules built on the matching logic the ProcureAI Invoice Agent uses before a payment goes out, applied after the fact to what has already been paid.

Duplicate payments
Same supplier and amount with the same invoice number, a re-keyed number (INV-0098812 and INV98812), a transposed digit, or the supplier set up twice under another spelling. Duplicates already reversed by a credit memo are left out.
Prices above PO or contract
Each billed unit price is compared with the PO line or contracted rate. Anything over the lower of 1% or $50 per unit is flagged with the overcharge: the difference times the quantity billed.
Paid without a matching receipt
PO lines paid with no goods receipt, and lines billed for more units than were received, using receipt columns on the export or a separate receipts sheet.
Round-number and split invoices
Even-dollar invoices with no PO, and runs of invoices from one supplier within a week that each sit under an approval limit but cross it together. Shown for review, not counted as recoverable.

Questions

What file do I need?
A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) export of paid AP invoices with supplier, invoice number, date and amount. Line detail with quantity, unit price and PO number enables the price checks; PO and goods-receipt sheets enable the receipt checks.
Is my file uploaded?
The file is read in your browser. Only the columns you map are sent for the checks, and ProcureAI keeps a summary of each run: row count, invoice and supplier counts, and totals by finding type. The rows and findings are not stored.
How is the recoverable amount estimated?
It adds the second payment of each duplicate, the overcharge on each line priced above the PO or contract, and the value of goods paid for but not received. Round-number and split patterns are shown separately and not counted.
Is AI deciding what counts as an overpayment?
No. Every finding comes from fixed rules and cites the rows behind it. Stellitron Intelligence only helps match column headers when an export uses unusual names, and you confirm the mapping before anything runs.
What does the full audit add?
Your complete payment history across entities, supplier statements and contracts, confirmation of each finding with the supplier, and handling of the recovery itself.
