Integrations
Works with the systems you already run.
ProcureAI by Stellitron sits beside your ERP, procurement suite, and document intake channels. Connectors are built and tested with your interfaces during a pilot — this site includes a sandbox that mimics vendor API shapes with demo data, not a claim of official certification.
Systems we connect in enterprise deployments
Categories reflect how procurement teams group their stack. Your pilot may start with one ERP and expand to Coupa, DocuSign, or a warehouse view for spend analytics.

How connectors work
Read from your ERP and intake channels
Connectors pull purchase orders, receipts, supplier master, and open invoices with least-privilege scopes. Email, SFTP, and warehouse views cover documents that never hit the ERP cleanly.
Agents decide with evidence
Invoice, contract, and intake agents run rules first — match tolerances, policy gates, duplicate checks — and show every step. Holds cite real document IDs (PO-1042, NW-2026-09-114) your AP team recognises.
Write back on approval
Payment blocks, hold codes, and status updates post to SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics only after a human approves. Each write-back is logged next to the agent trace for audit.

Security for integrations
- Read-only scopes by default; write APIs enabled only for approved exception paths.
- Credentials live in your secret manager — not in ProcureAI application code.
- Workers run in your cloud or VPC; data residency follows your ERP and warehouse regions.
- Connectors are built and tested with your systems during a pilot — not implied certified partnerships.
Questions
Which systems does ProcureAI integrate with?
We commonly connect to SAP S/4HANA and ECC, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, DocuSign, Ironclad, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and intake channels such as AP email, SFTP, Teams, and Slack for approvals. The exact list is scoped in your pilot based on what you run today.
How long does a connector take in a pilot?
A read-only PO and invoice feed for a single ERP often takes two to four weeks once sandbox access and security review are in place. Additional write-back paths, custom fields, or multiple entities add time we estimate in the pilot plan.
What is read vs write access?
Read access covers master data and open transactions the agents need to match invoices and route approvals. Write access is limited to explicit actions your team approves — for example a payment block on a disputed invoice — never bulk posting without a human gate.
Do you support on-prem SAP ECC?
Yes. Pilots typically use OData or IDoc interfaces on a VPN or private link you control. The same agent logic applies; only the transport and credential model change to match your network policies.
Can we use our own database instead of an ERP API?
Many teams expose curated views in PostgreSQL or Snowflake that mirror PO and invoice facts. ProcureAI can read those views read-only while ERP write-back stays on the system of record you choose.
