Paste text, run review.
Paste the full agreement (or load a sample), pick the supplier, and run a first review before the contract is saved to your portfolio.
What it does
Start here when you receive a new draft from a supplier. ProcureAI by Stellitron reads the pasted text, creates a contract record, and opens it for clause-by-clause review.
What you can do here
- Load sample (SaaS, risky) or Load sample (SOW, strong terms) to try the agent on realistic demo text.
- Enter a title and supplier, then click Analyze contract to extract clauses and calculate an initial risk score.
- Watch the trace on the right to see each clause the agent found and how it was scored.
Behind the scenes
The agent splits the text into clauses using keyword rules (renewal, termination, liability, price increases, service levels, and more), reads numbers like notice days and escalation percentages, compares each finding to the Stellitron playbook, and suggests replacement wording for medium- and high-risk items. If an API key is configured, classification can be refined further; otherwise the rules path still runs.
Example: The risky SaaS sample includes 90-day auto-renewal notice, a 7% annual escalator (playbook cap 3%), and a three-month liability cap—similar issues to Ledgerline CTR-2002 in the live portfolio.
